Privacy Policy
Effective: August 11, 2026
Your selected image stays on your device and is never passed to either advertising placement. Local image references are cleared before the result Banner executes or requests an ad creative.
Image handling
When you choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP file, your browser creates a temporary local object URL so the image can be previewed. The file is not uploaded to a Remove Matcha Filter server, cloud storage bucket, image-processing API, analytics service, or advertising provider. Processing is a local interface experience; it does not send pixels away for editing and it does not create a downloadable image.
When processing finishes, the page removes the preview source, clears any canvas, revokes the temporary object URL, empties the file input, clears in-memory file references, and removes the displayed filename, dimensions, and file size. This cleanup occurs before the result advertising function is called.
Image data we do not collect
Remove Matcha Filter does not collect or transmit:
- image pixels, previews, thumbnails, or screenshots;
- filenames or file-system locations;
- EXIF data, camera details, capture dates, or geographic coordinates;
- image dimensions or any data that could reconstruct the selected file.
The tool displays a filename, dimensions, and file size locally while an image is ready. Those values are used only to confirm the current selection and are removed from the page before the result Banner executes.
Advertising and network data
The site has two separate advertising placements. A clearly labeled Native Banner may load below the homepage tool independently of image processing. A separate result Banner uses 728×90 on desktop and 320×50 on smaller screens. Its provider script file may be prefetched during the four-second progress sequence, but it is not executed and no ad creative is requested until the preview source, local object URL, file reference, and visible file metadata have been cleared. The script-file request does not include the selected image or its local data. If the homepage placement fails it collapses; if the result placement fails, a first-party fallback message appears. Neither placement repeatedly retries.
When an advertising script file or creative is requested, the advertising provider and its partners may receive information normally sent with a web request, including IP address, browser and device information, referring page, approximate location derived from IP, and cookie or advertising identifiers. They may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to deliver, limit, measure, or personalize advertising. These parties do not receive your selected image, filename, local preview URL, or image metadata from this site.
Advertising technology and consent duties vary by location. The site operator must configure any consent mechanism required for the intended audience and publisher account. You can review Adsterra's cookie information for details about its stated use of cookies, pixels, IP addresses, and browser data.
Site analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-7MV0S71FE8 to measure page visits and understand aggregate site usage. Its default implementation may collect session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, on-site activity, and a pseudonymous client identifier stored in a first-party cookie.
Google Analytics is not given the selected image, filename, dimensions, preview URL, or image pixels by this site. Analytics and advertising consent requirements vary by location. You can review Google Analytics data collection information for details about its default collection behavior.
Sharing
The share control prepares only a fixed sentence and the public URL https://removematchafilter.fun/. It does not include the selected image, filename, dimensions, local object URL, processing state, or advertisement. If your browser supports the Web Share API, the operating system presents the available share targets. Otherwise, the page may copy the same fixed text and public URL to your clipboard after you press the share control.
Retention and security
Because image content is not uploaded, Remove Matcha Filter has no server-side image copy to retain or delete. Local references last only for the current selection and are also cleared if the page is unloaded. No browser-only design can control data independently collected by a third-party ad provider after its script is requested; that processing is governed by the provider's policies and the configured consent controls. A flattened image may no longer contain the untouched pixels that existed before a visual filter was applied, and the on-page experience does not guarantee reconstruction of those original pixels or provide evidence of previously hidden image content.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change when the tool, advertising configuration, or applicable operational requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a material revision is published. If the image-processing or ad-loading sequence changes, this policy and the visible homepage explanation should be updated together.
